OUR STATE OF THE ART INFRASTRUCTURE
CNC Coiling range up to 8 mm
CNC High-speed Spring Coiling Machine is composed by 6 Japan Yaskawa motor and TaiWan control system, each axis can work independently and synchronously. Our design team made a lot of improvement and innovation with more function and higher automation degree.
CNC Grinding
Vertical double surface grinding machine with CNC control. This machine is equipped with Mitsubishi CNC system to control grinding process on both ends of springs simultaneously.
Conveyor tempering furnace
These furnaces use conveyor and turbines for continuous heat treatment, allowing for air circulation as well. The furnace runs on either natural gas or electricity and the typical working temperature is up to 650 °C.
Shot peening machine
Shot peening is used to finish metal parts that require increased wear and fatigue properties. In the process, shot bombards the metal part, creating small dimples in the surface.
Spring designing and validation
for compression, extension, torsion, rectangular wire compression, conical compression, non-standard compression, disc and spiral springs. You can validate an existing design or automatically calculate the lightest spring that meets your needs.
Fatigue testing
Fatigue testing is defined as the process of progressive localized permanent structural change occurring in a material subjected to conditions that produce fluctuating stresses and strains at some point or points and that may culminate in cracks or complete fracture after a sufficient number of fluctuations.
Electronic Load testing for compression and tension
Compression tests are conducted by loading the test specimen between two plates, and then applying a force to the specimen by moving the crossheads together. During the test, the specimen is compressed, and deformation versus the applied load is recorded.
Electronic Torque testing for Torsion springs
Motorized Torsion Spring Tester It is precision-designed completely motorized in operation. These testers are capable of measuring torque range from 0-2000 NM with the resolution of 1 Nm. The accuracy range of these testers is most reliable
In-house tooling
